Information on this website is provided for general marketing and informational purposes. Package descriptions, payment percentages, care-plan summaries, and starting prices do not create a binding offer or project agreement.

Project agreements

Every client project is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement describing scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, revisions, ownership, support, cancellation terms, and third-party costs.

Standard payment schedule

Unless the written agreement states otherwise, the standard project schedule is 50% after the scope and agreement are approved, 25% after the primary design is approved, and the final 25% before launch. Work begins after the agreement is signed and the first payment is received. The live launch, final transfer, or handoff may be withheld until the agreed balance is paid.

Secure payment collection

Client payments are collected through secure invoices or hosted checkout pages provided by a professional payment processor. Clients should not send card or bank information through the general contact form or ordinary email. Recurring care plans require separate payment authorization and are governed by the client agreement.

Changes in scope

Requests outside the approved scope—including additional pages, major revisions, new integrations, substantial content entry, or new functionality—may require a change order, revised timeline, and additional payment before that work begins.

Third-party platforms

Integrations with payment processors, point-of-sale providers, booking systems, artificial intelligence services, hosting providers, and other platforms depend on those providers’ availability, rules, approvals, account access, and fees. Compatibility is confirmed during project review and cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.

Ongoing care

Care plans cover only the services stated in the applicable plan and agreement. Unused content-update time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, platform migrations, third-party fees, and substantial new functionality are not routine maintenance unless specifically stated.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the original text, design, code, and branding on this website may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Ownership and licensing for client work are defined in the signed project agreement.

No guarantee of results

A professional website can improve visibility, credibility, and customer experience, but specific search rankings, traffic, sales, leads, or revenue results cannot be guaranteed.

Changes

These website terms may be updated as services, pricing, tools, and business practices evolve.
